Price
The subscription price and billing period are displayed in the App Store purchase screen before confirmation. Prices include applicable consumption tax where required.
Additional charges
Internet access, mobile data, and device charges are the customer’s responsibility. No separate service delivery fee is charged by Sapphielle - AI companion.
Payment and timing
Payment is processed by Apple using the payment method associated with the customer’s Apple ID. Apple charges the customer when the purchase or renewal is confirmed.
Service delivery
Premium access is normally enabled immediately after Apple confirms the purchase. If entitlement delivery is delayed, use Restore Purchase in Settings or contact support.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the terms shown by Apple. Cancel through Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, returns are not offered after access begins except where required by law. Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple.
System requirements
A supported iPhone, a compatible iOS version, an internet connection, and an Apple ID are required. Some features require microphone, camera, photo, or notification permission.
